WHAT WE DO

MKPSE trains and engages women and youth groups by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and partnerships needed for sustainable farm enterprises. Our approach focuses on developing Farm-Microenterprises, including poultry, piggery, mushroom cultivation, and horticulture, to address poverty, create jobs, and boost household income for women and youth farmers in rural communities around Jinja and other areas where the Branches operate

Empowerment Programs: Initiatives aimed at empowering women through skills training, leadership development, and economic opportunities, such as job training programs or entrepreneurship support.

Community Building: Creating networks and communities for women and the youth to share experiences, support each other, and work together on common goals.

Accelerator Program:

Several sensitization workshops and seminars are planned, and staff conduct community visits, offering door-to-door outreach when necessary. After the community has been sensitized, staff recruit members to join various groups based on their interests and the existing projects.

Training is conducted continuously, adapting to new skill requirements and the arrival of new members. Once a group has initiated a project, regular mentoring sessions are held to ensure that members stay on track and achieve their goals.

The Sisters have established markets for their products in hotels and institutions. They also facilitate connections between the communities and these markets, helping to bypass the challenges associated with using intermediaries.

Sustainable Development Goals

We believe in the importance of achieving the sustainability goals set out by the United Nations.Specifically, we are committed to reducing poverty, ensuring zero hunger, promoting good health and wellbeing, providing quality education, promoting decent work and economic growth, encouraging responsible consumption and production, and preserving life on Earth.

We recognise that these goals are interconnected and that progress in one area can have a positive impact on others. We are thus dedicated to implementing strategies that will help us achieve these goals in a way that is both responsible and sustainable in the long term.

More of how we can help you

ROI can seem scary, but the way we invest has changed drastically in recent years. Instead of throwing a dart with your eyes closed using TV or radio, online marketing gives us the ability to pick up the dart and place it right on the bullseye. We use detailed reporting to tell you exactly how your marketing efforts are working, who's seeing them, and who is engaging with them. We check these numbers monthly and adjust where your ads go based on where they perform the best. Boom. Less risk, greater reward.

Broadly, digital marketing is anything you do online to promote your brand or product. It sounds like a lot, but what's cool about the Frank process is we never use the same old tricks for every client. From social media, to website building, to SEO, we've got you covered. You can check out our work to learn more about our process and what we're capable of.

Hey, fair point. But let us put it to you this way: we're good at it. You can absolutely do this all yourself, but we're the extra help that can take you to the next level. Also, we're never going to take the reigns and tell you to fuck off (unless you want us to), because we see the digital marketing process as a collaboration between us and our clients. After all, we work for you, so you should be involved every step of the way.

As often as you need. Like we said before, different clients have different needs, so we adjust accordingly. If at any point you want to check on a project or just come in for a general meeting, we'll work with you.

We're research nerds, and we use that to keep track of how things are working. From the beginning of our work together, we assess where your brand is at and periodically check in to measure what's changed, what's working, and how we can improve.
